For non-policy holders, we will verify a consumer’s identity by matching at least two or three consumer-provided data points with data points that we maintain, depending on the sensitivity of the information involved.

Disclosure or Sale of Personal Information

During the past 12 months, we may have shared personal information such as unique personal identifiers, commercial information, and payment information to our affiliated insurance companies, appointed insurance agents, and service providers for business purposes such as to underwrite your policy, process your premium, maintain your policy, administer a claim, market products and services, respond to court orders and legal investigations, or report to consumer reporting agencies.
